I’m Pia Haugseth, a designer, entrepreneur, and creative strategist passionate about building products, brands, and communities that create meaningful impact.

With a background in graphic design and technology,
I work at the intersection of design, innovation, and social resilience. Throughout my career, I’ve led creative projects across digital products, branding, publishing, and emerging technologies, always driven by a belief that good design can help people understand, connect, and take action.

Today, I’m the founder of Piamo and Norvern, a platform exploring how communities, municipalities, organizations, and citizens can better coordinate local resources, skills, and capacity to strengthen preparedness and resilience.

I’m a Technovation Women in Tech Ambassador and was recognized as one of Norway’s 50 Leading Women in Tech. Through speaking engagements, mentoring, and community initiatives, I work to inspire more women to pursue careers in technology, design, and entrepreneurship.

Whether I’m designing a visual identity, developing a digital platform, speaking on stage, or mentoring founders, my goal remains the same: to create solutions that are useful, human, and built to last.
